At SendSimply, we’re all about supporting our community, and this Christmas, we want to help make a difference. From 8th December to 29th December, we’re offering a completely free delivery service for food bank and Christmas donations to trusted charities in Colchester.
It’s our way of making it easier for everyone to give back this festive season. So, whether you’re donating food, clothes, toys, or other essentials, we’ll make sure your contributions get to the people who need them most.

How It Works
Arrange Your Free Collection: If you’d like to take part, simply call us on 0800 112 5252 to arrange a free pickup. It’s quick, easy, and won’t cost you a penny to call. If you prefer to use our booking system the 3.50 booking fee will be refunded as soon as our courier completes the pickup.
What You Can Donate: We can collect up to 60kg per delivery for free, so whether it’s a small bag of essentials or a large box of items, we’ve got you covered. If you have more to give, give us a ring, and we’ll do our best to help.
Fast and Reliable Delivery: Once we collect your donations, we’ll sort them at our SendSimply fulfilment facility and ensure they’re delivered to local charities within 24 hours. Your generosity will reach those in need as quickly as possible.
